With this conviction, LeadingMed was founded: the vision of Sergio Gino, CEO and founding father of the company.
After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Pisa, specializing in Strategy and Business Management, and following extensive professional experience in the pharmaceutical field, in 2021 Sergio Gino decided to bring the LeadingMed project to life.

An irreplaceable right-hand to Sergio is his sister, Adele Gino. With a degree in Herbal, Pharmaceutical, and Dietary Product Sciences, she later completed a Master’s program at Università Cattolica in Milan in Agri-food Administration, thereby strengthening her expertise also on the economic side. She worked in various companies in the Food, Chemical, and Nutraceutical sectors before fully embracing her brother Sergio’s mission, taking on the roles of Scientific Director and Marketing Director.

Alongside them stands a prestigious, multidisciplinary medical and scientific team, composed of biologists, psychologists, nutritionists, cardiologists, researchers, and professors from some of the most renowned Italian universities. All this is further supported by the constant commitment of 43 Medical Sales Representatives, covering 55% of the Italian territory.
